Parent interviews were held on Tuesday afternoon and evening. It was wonderful to hear parents' feedback about the portfolios and reports. It is such a privilege to share the journey of each child's learning experiences.
Unfortunately, due to losing my voice, I was unable to see parents for the Wednesday interviews.

KB have enjoyed reading 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' this week and were sequencing the days of the week in a related activity.
In Science, the children were learning about weather symbols that are used on maps and then they drew their own symbols.
In HSIE, KB looked at natural and built environments and then had to draw or cut out pictures that represented the two environments. If possible, discuss with your child, when you're out and about, the different features they can see. Hopefully they can tell you if it is 'natural' or 'built'.
In Art they made a parrot for the letter of the week - P; and in Maths we were learning about multiplication (groups and rows) by using people, counters, teddies and craft materials.
The Book Fair was enjoyed by all and the wish lists were kindly written out for KB by some of our Yr 5 buddies.
